When will my order ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. During new tour launches or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our merchandise worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred upon delivery.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Performance gear and limited edition tour items must have original tags attached.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size chart. Our apparel generally follows standard unisex sizing, but we recommend measuring a favorite shirt at home to compare fit.
